During Offer Period, buy a PanaNatra 30 pack (Joint Pain Relief, Muscle Pain Relief or Sleep & Pain Relief) from a participating outlet in AU (including online purchases), collect your itemised purchase receipt (EFTPOS receipts not accepted) & if not happy at least 72 hours after purchase, submit a refund claim during the Claim Period by scanning the QR code on promotional material in store with your smart phone or directly visiting www.pananatramoneyback.com.au and fill out claim form, including purchase receipt upload. You can only submit a claim a minimum of 72 hours after your purchase (as per time shown on your receipt). Claims submitted outside of the Claim Period will not be permitted. If your claim is valid, you'll get a refund via a Vault Pays-enabled Prepaid Mastercard® equal to the amount paid (as shown on your purchase receipt) for the PanaNatra 30 pack, up to a maximum of $14.99. For the avoidance of doubt, if you paid over $14.99, your refund amount will only be $14.99, and if you paid less than $14.99 you will only receive the amount equal to what you paid (e.g. you paid $12.99, your refund will be $12.99). Max 1 claim per household for max 1 PanaNatra 30 pack. Keep original itemised purchase receipt. All claims are subject to validation. Allow 3 business days from validation to get refund. Refund not transferable. You may only claim in own name & not on behalf of anyone else. If you claim using multiple aliases/email addresses/phone numbers, you may be disqualified. The Promoter is not responsible if your mobile device/desktop is not sufficiently capable for the purpose of submitting a claim, including having the requisite photograph capability. Any ancillary costs associated with redeeming the Digital Vault Pays-enabled Prepaid Mastercard are not included. The digital Vault Pays-enabled Prepaid Mastercard must be activated within 2 months of issue and is valid for 12 months after activation. At expiry of the Digital Vault Pays-enabled Mastercard any unused balance will be forfeited. Eligible Customers will not receive notice prior to expiry. Card expiry and balance can be found on your mobile device in their digital wallet. The digital Vault Pays-enabled Prepaid Mastercard is issued by EML Payment Solutions Limited (ABN 30 131 436 532) AFSL 404131 pursuant to license by Mastercard. Upon verification, the Vault Pays-enabled Prepaid Mastercard will be sent via SMS (to the mobile phone number specified on the claim form). You then need to activate the card using the Vault app - activation code will be provided in SMS. Once activated, the card can be added to your phone’s digital wallet (e.g. Apple Pay or Samsung Pay) and can be used to purchase goods and services where the card is accepted for electronic transactions (excluding transactions at ATMs or over the counter at financial institutions). The card cannot be used as a credit card and cannot be linked to any deposit account. Subject to consumer rights under e.g. the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth), Promoter is not liable (including in negligence) for any damage/delay to or loss/theft of a cheque, except liability which can't be excluded (which is limited to the greatest extent allowed by law). If asked you must provide proof of age/residency/identity. This offer does not restrict consumer rights under any statute e.g. the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth) – e.g. you may be entitled to return defective goods for a refund in some circumstances. Offer not sponsored/endorsed/administered by/associated with any social media platform, incl. Facebook, Instagram and Twitter. You are providing your information to the Promoter and not to any social media platform. You completely release any relevant social media platforms from any & all liability. The Promoter may collect your personal information directly or through its agents or contractors. The Promoter will use your personal information to conduct and manage the offer. The Promoter may disclose your personal information to its related companies, agents and contractors to assist in conducting this offer, communicating with you or storing data. This may include disclosures to organisations outside Australia. By claiming, you consent to the Promoter keeping your personal information on its database to use for future marketing purposes, including contacting you by electronic messaging in accordance with  the Promoter's Privacy Policy (see www.privacy.haleon.com/en-au/general) which includes information about: (a) how to seek access to the personal information the Promoter holds about you and seek correction of the information; & (b) how to complain about a privacy breach.
